Refund & Cancellation
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
To request cancellation, customers must contact us immediately via email or phone.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only if:
* The product is damaged
* The product received is incorrect
* The item has a manufacturing defect
The return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
* Discounted or sale items
* Used or washed products
* Items without original tags or packaging
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding approval.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the mentioned time:
* Check your bank account again
* Contact your bank or payment provider
